Collaboronline’s CRM system is preliminary and named K8 (Kate), the idea being that Kate, keeps all of your Prospects, Leads and Enquiries together, keeps on top of sales deadlines, reminds you when things are due and basically proves invaluable around the office.

A further enhancement will be that once a project has been won, all of the documentation, contacts and project information can be automatically passed across to Collabor8online, where the more formal project management can take over!

Many of our customers have been asking is about a CRM system for some time, it’s a fairly obvious complement to our existing product, we’re delighted to have started work on the project we are planning a fresh new interface, with a few really exciting features that we are sure people will love. I suppose I should apologise about the 8 in the title, but the problem is, once you started with this “8″ thing it’s very difficult to stop. If any of you didn’t know, some 20 years many of us were involved in the development of Estim8 an extremely popular estimating package that is still in use today across the UK, I suppose is a bit nostalgic, but hopefully it makes us memorable!
