How does the 30-day free trial on Hosted and Premium versions work?

If you sign up directly onto either Hosted or Premium plans, you won’t be charged for 30 days. We take your credit card details, but there is no charge for the first 30 days.  If you cancel your plan any time during those 30 days, you won’t be charged a thing! Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?

If you upgrade from our free project management software trial account to a pay account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always downgrade or upgrade later if you choose.

Can I change plans any time?

Yes, there is no charge for changing plans, the upgrade is instant and you won’t loose any of your data, just email support@collabor8online.co.uk. and we’ll do it all for you!

Do I have to sign up for a fixed period?

No. Collabor8online is a “pay-as-you-go” service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be charged for the current month only.

Are there any other Charges?

All charges shown are per month and exclude VAT apart from VAT the  charges you see above are all you will be charged. If you wish to purchase additional users or disk space you can upgrade or we will be happy to provide an individual quotation.

What type of payments do you accept?

We use PayPal to take payments, but you do NOT have to have a PayPal account, we accept all major debit and credit cards. If you prefer you can pay annually in advance (and obtain a discount), or you can pay by standing order, simply contact admin@collabor8online.co.uk.

What about security?

Collabor8online is hosted in our secure data centre. Only authorised personnel have physical access to the servers and all plans come with SSL encryption to ensure the security of your data in transit. In addition all our servers are backed up daily, the data is then encrypted and replicated offsite for additional peace-of-mind.
