Collabor8online has changed!
Don’t panic, all your old favourite features are there, you can still create folders, upload documents and attachments. We just smartened up the interface and brought it in line with the latest operating systems and browsers.
We’ve also taken the opportunity to substantially enhance a couple of key areas. Notably to-do lists and calendars. To-Do lists can now have attachments, so if you’re assigning a task to someone and want to send them some supporting documentation or details – it’s easy, you can do it all by creating them a “to do”.
The new calendar interface lets you drag and drop To-do items and events, and all calendar entries can now span of more than one day. Our aim here is to let you plan your projects, easily see the tasks that are outstanding or in hand and react accordingly.
The video below takes you through the basics, all our video guides and products or have been or will be updated, alongside the product rollout which should be completed by the end of this week!
